The Studebaker Drivers Club was founded by the late Harry Barnes along with Norah Barnes, Tony Caralla, Harold E. Kraft, Arthur J. McIntyre, Ronald L. Nelson and Robert E. Schaffrath.
The purpose of the Studebaker Drivers Club (SDC) was, and continues to be, to honor the Studebaker automobile and all of the Studebaker related products. The SDC sponsors an annual International Meet where Studebaker owners from across North America bring their Studebakers and families for a week of fun, showing their vehicles, sharing information and memories, and even participating in concours judging. The SDC International Meet is hosted by a local SDC chapter in various locations.
Central Virginia Chapter SDC is in the Atlantic Zone and most of our members live in the central Virginia area within a 50 mile radius of Richmond. We generally meet the second Saturday or Sunday of January, March, May, July, September, and November around 2:00 in the afternoon.
You don't have to own a Studebaker to be a member of the club. If you do, or are just interested in Studebaker automobiles, we would love to have you as a member. If you would like to leave a comment, or get additional information about our club, please click "Contact Us". To join now, just click "Join CVC". You can join and pay membership dues online, or, print and mail the membership application.
